Wood Green to Highgate.

ON a glorious winters sunny day (predicted to be wet and miserable) 18 of us set out in a merry mood to complete a great walk trhough 95% green space and some urban regeneration.
Repeating walks after some years allows one to see how much changes and in my opinion the new build is welcome

Out Piccadilly Line to Wood Green

Back from Highgate Station after lunch (Northern Line) or Manor House Station (Piccadilly Line) at the end of the walk

Route: 

am Through Alexandra Palace Park to Highgate Woods and Queens Wood.

pm Old railway line from Highgate to Manor House via Finsbury Park (Capital Ring)

Lunch: 

1pm @ The Woodman, 414 Archway Road, Highgate, N6

Notes: 

This is a repeat of a popular winter walk from December 2018 and apart from the first 100 yards entirely across Parkland (with occasional roadside crossovers). I have done timings to enable everyone to use their Freedom Passes. I would be grateful if participants could let me know as soon as possible as The Woodman would prefer to know numbers beforehand as there would otherwise be a waiting time of half an hour if orders made on arrival. I will forward the menus shortly.
