Upminster

We had a glorious walk from Upminster at the end of the District Line through the garden suburb of Upminster and out into open countryside and Cranham Marshes on a beautiful spring morning.

We were 14 to start and after lunch had dropped to 8.

In the afternoon we did have to slurp our way through mud for a period of time but we all emerged relatively unscathed and with smiles on our faces.

Thank you Jo for a splendid day out.
