Beaconsfield Station exit. For those arriving by train, cross over the footbridge from Platform 2 to Platform 1 to the exit.

Travel: 

Train: 9.15 from Marylebone Station arriving at
Beaconsfield 9.41. Trains back to Marylebone 16.36, 16.42, 17.03 from Beaconsfield.
Driving: take A40, M40 – leave at junction 2 and take
A355 exit to Beaconsfield/ Amersham/ Slough, follow
signs for Beaconsfield, at the third roundabout take the
4th exit onto B474 and continue through three more
roundabouts – over railway & turn right into station
carpark. Parking costs £4.50 on Sundays.

Route: 

am Beaconsfield, Hodgemoor Woods, sunken lanes &
open fields – one steep climb. We pass Milton's Cottage
in Chalfont St. Giles.
pm The River Misbourne, South Bucks Way, Friends
Meeting House & Quaker burial ground, Seer Green,
South Bucks Golf Course & back to Beaconsfield.

Lunch: 

Merlin's Cave' – Chalfont St. Giles
