Notes:

This linear walk follows the waterway towpaths of north and east London , an area that has experienced considerable industrial and social change. We pass sections of the Olympic Park, now being reconfigured to create the new Queen Elizabeth Park. The walk ends close to the historic Three Mills Island and Bow Back Rivers . Towpath surfaces mainly gravel or tarmac, can be hard so boots recommended. Please be alert to cyclists sharing the towpath on this walk.
