Back: Regular (about 3 trains an hour) trains to Victoria, or St Pancras from Margate or Broadstairs

From the station a 3.5 mile circular walk of the town lead by Ed - stopping off about half way for a visit to the Turner Contemporary Gallery for « Journeys with the Waste Land Exhibition » and lunch.

Notes:
This is an opportunity to see the Waste Land Exhibition. Ed promises to show us the interesting buildings and features of Margate on our way too and from the gallery.
After lunch it is possible to walk for about 2 hours along the coast path, fairly built up, to Broadstairs where we can take the train home.
